📝 GrowCore Payment Policy – Freelancer Module

1. 💳 Payout Cycle:

• 📆 First 2 months: Payouts are processed every 15 days.

  (e.g., 1st–15th → Paid on 16th | 16th–30th → Paid on 1st)

• 🗓️ After the trial period, payouts are weekly (every Tuesday).

• 💰 Payments are released after client approval of submitted data.

2. 📊 Daily Tracking & Output Criteria:

• ✅ Minimum Daily Output: 2 Merchant Approvals
• 🎯 Bonus: 5+ Merchant Approvals in a day = ₹500 bonus
• 💼 Work status is tracked based on:
  • No. of Approved Merchants
  • Submission Timeliness
  • CP Code Verification
  • Activity in Telegram Group
