📝 GrowCore Payment Policy – Freelancer Module

1. 💳 Payout Cycle:
   • Payouts are processed between 21st–22nd of every month.
   • Work done in the previous month is billed on the 28th and settled once client pays.
2. 📥 Daily Tracking:
   • Work hours, quality %, data count, and attributions are tracked weekly.
   • A summary Excel report is uploaded every week.
3. 💸 Payment Formula:
   • Payment depends on:
     • ✅ Quality Score
     • ⏱️ Minimum 20 hours/week (else payout reduction)
     • 📊 Target: 2500-3000 attributions/Buildings/Input Per Day
4. 📤 Invoice:
   • GrowCore will issue invoices on behalf of freelancers on the 28th of each month.
   • After approval, payout will be shared via the registered bank account.
5. 🛑 Rework:
   • More than 2 reworks per AOI = termination from the project (no payment for that AOI).
